Chief Executive Officer 

Dr. Yasunori Sakai is a distinguished expert in Mechanical and Control Engineering. With a Ph.D. from Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Professional Engineer certification from the Japanese Government, Dr. Sakai's research focuses on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems for bio-applications. His extensive academic career includes roles as Assistant Professor at Shibaura Institute of Technology and Tokyo Denki University, as well as postdoctoral and research fellow positions at Tokyo Institute of Technology. Dr. Yasunori Sakai's expertise spans additive manufacturing, material processing, mechanical design, and functional materials, with a strong track record in supervising student research and contributing to the academic community, particularly in vibration control, manufacturing science, robotics, and tribology.

Among his honours, Dr. Sakai received the Graduate Student Initiative (GSI) Award from UBC in 2023, and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Innovative Poster Gold and Silver Awards at the 16th South East Asian Technical University Consortium in 2022, the Best Paper Award from the Japan Society for Mechanical Engineers in 2020, and the JSME Young Engineers Award in 2019. His achievements underscore his significant contributions to the field of mechanical engineering and his ongoing commitment to advancing research and education.

 Chief Commercial Officer  

Ichiro Inazuki, a seasoned sales and human resource development professional with 28 years of experience in the insurance sector, is poised to excel as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). His career at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. showcases his expertise in leading sales divisions across Japan, including achievements such as transforming teams into top performers. With a robust background in training and mentoring, Ichiro is adept at enhancing team productivity and building strong client relationships. His educational foundation in law from Chuo University complements his extensive hands-on experience, positioning him well to drive strategic commercial success and foster growth.

 Chief Operating Officer  

Yu Mori is an accomplished professional with a robust operations and project coordination background, poised to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer. With extensive experience at MRD Inc., where she has served as Director since 2014, Mrs. MORI has been pivotal in overseeing accounting and development projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Tokyo University of Science, equipping her with a solid analytical foundation to excel in this new executive position.

 Chief Marketing Officer 

Kazumi Suzuki is a marketing and public relations professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. With a solid internet-based marketing and PR background, Kazumi has successfully managed media relations, social media promotions, and event organization. She has excelled in client development, leveraging a deep understanding of market research to enhance brand awareness. A graduate of Japan Railway & Sports Business College with additional studies at the University of Canada West, Kazumi combines practical expertise with academic insights to drive impactful marketing strategies. 

Business Development Director 

Eiki Okusawa has over 11 years of experience in business development and pre-sales within the SaaS sector, particularly in compliance and legal management systems. His diverse background includes significant roles in LED lighting product marketing and sales portfolio management in the marine and heavy machinery sectors. Holding an MBA from Keio University with a focus on finance and global management, Eiki brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and cross-cultural communication skills to his new role as Business Development Director.
